Tele-Communication Systems, Inc. History

       Here at TCS Tele-Communication Systems, Inc., we have been selling and servicing state-of-the-art telephone equipment since January of 1980. We have installed and serviced over 4,500 telephone systems in the Salt Lake area. We have a dedicated staff which includes installation, service, sales and office personnel. We represent most of the leading manufacturers of telephone equipment.
       We are totally committed to the Communication industry and are well respected by both our customers and suppliers alike.
Under normal circumstances we provide a maximum response time of one hour for a system failure and same day response for routine problems and system maintenance.

      Our mission is to provide communications between people, and equipment that enhances the person's or equipment's overall productivity. We are interested in marketing value rather than price, and in standing behind and supporting what we sell. Integrity and honesty are ingredients in any long-term relationship, and we intend to create business relationships that will endure.
     Our customer is any individual or business that requires consulting or product which falls within our expertise and experience at the time in which the services are needed. Currently, that is any individual or small to medium sized business. We intend to continue to grow through the services and abilities rendered by our employees. We will always treat all current and prospective customers with dignity and respect, striving to always warrant the same from them.
      To continue as a business and to provide for ourselves and our families, we will need to produce a profit. We will do whatever is necessary as individuals and collectively to see that our services are worthy of a profit. All change isn't progress, but all progress is change. We will continually be learning and developing our unique talents so that progressive changes will transpire as our business increases and as times and technology change.
